What makes these tanks stand out is their double-walled design. Imagine a bottle inside another bottle, with a vacuum-sealed space in between. This clever construction minimizes heat transfer, keeping your LCO2 in its liquid state for longer and reducing costly evaporation.

The inner vessel, which directly contains the LCO2, is built from specialized low-temperature plate materials, typically 16MnDR or SS30408. These materials are chosen for their ability to withstand the extreme cold without becoming brittle. The outer vessel, providing structural support and protection, can be manufactured from either Q345R or SS30408, selected based on your specific application requirements and environmental conditions.

To protect against corrosion and ensure lasting performance, the tank's exterior undergoes a rigorous surface treatment process. This includes meticulous sandblasting to remove any imperfections, thorough purging to eliminate contaminants, and the application of a specialized two-component, fast-curing liquid coating. This coating forms a robust barrier against rust, weathering, and other environmental factors, extending the lifespan of your investment.

These aren’t just tanks; they're carefully engineered systems.  To simplify both filling and unloading, our cryogenic storage tanks feature liquid inlet pipelines positioned at both the top and bottom. This design accommodates different transfer methods, including differential pressure and cryogenic liquid pumps.

Safety is paramount.  Each tank is equipped with a redundant safety system: a dual safety valve (or a bursting disc as an alternative). This system is designed to automatically vent any excess pressure, preventing potentially dangerous situations and protecting the integrity of the inner container.

The vacuum space between the inner and outer vessels is meticulously maintained by a dedicated vacuum pipeline. This ensures the highest possible level of insulation performance, minimizing heat leak and LCO2 evaporation.  Furthermore, the outer shell incorporates an explosion-proof device designed to release any gas buildup in the unlikely event of a leak. This crucial safety feature mitigates potential damage and protects personnel.

Each tank is equipped with a precision pressure conditioning system.
